Sourcewell
Traditional construction procurement can be a hassle, but using Gordian's ezIQC, which is available through Sourcewell, allows you to avoid bidding projects separately and issue POs in days. Yes, days!
So what's ezIQC? It's an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) procurement process that helps facility owners complete many projects with a single awarded contract. Unlike traditional bidding, ezIQC is made available through cooperative purchasing networks who have already completed the competitive bid process. So no need to repeat the bid process on a project-by-project basis!
If you have a project you'd like us to review, please contact our internal Sourcewell team below. We look forward to working with you!

Curious about the ezIQC process? It's simple!
1. Joint Scope Meeting
Once project information is received, Gordian will coordinate a meeting to help you (the client) and us (the contractor) agree on the details of the work to be performed. This allows us to inspect the site and ask any questions prior to submitting a price proposal, thus eliminating any misunderstandings or mistakes that could lead to change orders.
2. Detailed Scope of Work
Gordian will help you prepare a Detailed Scope of Work that we will perform. That will be sent along with the Request for Proposal to us.
3. Price Proposal
Next, we prepare a Price Proposal by selecting the appropriate tasks from Gordian's Construction Task Catalog (CTC). Then we submit the Price Proposal along with a construction schedule and a list of proposed local subcontractors.
4. Price Proposal Review
Gordian's personnel will review the Price Proposal to make sure we have selected the appropriate tasks and quantities, and ask the contractor to make any required changes. Then they will submit the Price Proposal for your final review.
5. Purchase Order
When you're 100% satisfied with our Price Proposal, construction schedule and proposed contractors, you can ask us to submit any required payment and performance bonds and certificates of insurance. If those are acceptable, you simply issue a Purchase Order for us to proceed.
6. Construction
Site inspections and construction management follow your standard process. If necessary changes arise, you have the flexibility to change the scope of work with ezIQC. Extra work and changes are priced using the CTC for your specific area. No need to negotiate change orders.
