Tarpon Springs City Hall
Included exterior renovations and window replacements while the facility remained occupied and fully functional.
Completed in March 2017.
Veterans Memorial Resource Center
Included the new construction of a 7,300 square foot building.
Completed in July 2017.
East Lake Fire Station #32
Included the new construction of an 11,000 square foot, 4 apparatus bay fire station.
Completed in June 2018.
Tampa Fire Rescue Station #23
Included the new construction of a 10,011 square foot, 3 apparatus bay fire station.
Completed in October 2018.
David L Tippin Water Treatment Facility
Included the complete replacement of the ventilation and HVAC systems while the facility was occupied and functioning.
Completed in September 2015.
Lucy Dell Community Pond
Included the complete construction of the boardwalk.
Completed in October 2017.
Apollo Beach Preservation
Included channel dredging to re-establish boat access and the replacement of the eroded shoreline.
Completed in July 2016.
Raymond James Stadium
Included seat removal & reinstallation, temporary wall removal & reinstallation and the Super Bowl 56 Half Time Show stage.
Completed in November 2021.
