Lealman Fire District Station #19
Included the complete construction of a new fire station in St. Pete.
Completed in April 2024.
Fort Myers USPS Facility
This renovation / security upgrade included the installation of access control and security hardware, door replacements and overhead door improvements.
Completed in April 2024.
Branchton Park
Included site clearing, improved drainage and site preparation for County use.
Completed in March 2024.
Hernando County Fire Station #5
Included the complete construction of a new template fire station in Spring Hill.
Completed in December 2023.
Northwest Area Head Start
Included a new construction of a classroom building, parking lot and exterior play areas.
Completed in September 2023.
Keystone Park Community Center
This renovation included an expanded activity room, new entry canopy, new restrooms, outdoor pavilions and improved parking area.
Completed in April 2023.
South Holiday Library
Included the renovation of a small, full service library that originally opened in 1992.
Completed in December 2022.
Orlando USPS Facility
Similar to the Tampa USPS project, this included installation of access and security hardware, door replacements and parking lot renovations.
Completed in 2022.
Raymond James Stadium
Included seat removal & reinstallation, temporary wall removal & reinstallation and the Super Bowl 56 Half Time Show stage.
Completed in November 2021.
North Tampa Library
Included the interior renovation of an existing library to create more efficient student study spaces, library services, programs and etc. for the community.
Completed in August 2021.
Lutz Library Renovation
Included the interior renovation of an existing library to include new flooring, painting, ceiling, lighting, updated ADA accessible restrooms and improved reading spaces for community use.
Completed in February 2021.
Tampa USPS Facility
Included installation of access and security hardware, door replacements and parking lot renovations.
Completed in 2021.
Tampa Fire Rescue Station #23
Included the new construction of a 10,011 square foot, 3 apparatus bay fire station.
Completed in October 2018.
East Lake Fire Station #32
Included the new construction of an 11,000 square foot, 4 apparatus bay fire station.
Completed in June 2018.
Lucy Dell Community Pond
Included the complete construction of the boardwalk.
Completed in October 2017.
Veterans Memorial Resource Center
Included the new construction of a 7,300 square foot building.
Completed in July 2017.
Tarpon Springs City Hall
Included exterior renovations and window replacements while the facility remained occupied and fully functional.
Completed in March 2017.
Apollo Beach Preservation
Included channel dredging to re-establish boat access and the replacement of the eroded shoreline.
Completed in July 2016.
David L Tippin Water Treatment Facility
Included the complete replacement of the ventilation and HVAC systems while the facility was occupied and functioning.
Completed in September 2015.
