Sundance Fire Station – Complete the design, construction, and installation of a new dual section modular temporary fire station facility to house the fire department during existing facility renovations. New water, electric and fire sprinkler systems were included. A new 30,000 gallon fire water tank, fire pump and housing were also part of this project serving the residents of the Sundance section of Hillsborough County.
Tarpon Springs – The historical renovation of Tarpon Springs City Hall built in 1915 which consisted of the buildings wood window replacement, tuck pointing building masonry and concrete structural repairs.
PC Jail Guard Tower – The replacement of Pinellas County Jail existing guard towers.
Apollo Beach – This project included channel dredging to re-establish boat access for the residence of Apollo Beach as well as the replacement of the eroded shoreline at the 60-acre Apollo Beach Nature Preserve to restore a well-used and appreciated beach.
Department of Health Canopy – Replacement of Hillsborough County Health Department existing canopies for main and annex buildings.
Channel District Park – The complete reconstruction of a pet friendly park for Tampa’s downtown Channel District. This included oversized sea grass sculptures, a large canvas shade structure, special lighting features including spotlights and LED optic lights imbedded in main entry columns, a fenced dog area complete with artificial turf specifically for pet areas, and pet water fixtures and numerous shaded seating areas.
Diesel Platform – The replacement of diesel tank platforms with a new aluminum system and implement industrial coating paint on tanks, tank slabs, and walls.
Veterans Resource Center – This is the construction of a brand new 7,300 square foot building for the Hillsborough County Department of Consumers and Veterans Affairs. It will include offices, a multipurpose room, and related spaces that will be used for training and special events. Expected date of completion is August of 2017.
Nuccio Park – The transformation of a retention pond into a beautiful park for the Hillsborough County residents of Lucy Dell that will include the construction of a 900 foot elevated board walk with site lighting, sidewalks, and exercise equipment. The expected date of completion is September 2017.
White Chapel – The repainting and renovation of wood windows housing beautiful vintage stained glass, doors, and improvements to existing landscaping for this historical chapel that was constructed in 1924.
Free Library – Complete renovation of this historic 1917 original Carnegie Library in Hillsborough County. All new flooring, complete restroom reconstruction, wall and ceiling repair, partition modifications, exterior door replacement and paint throughout gave this unique and beautiful building a fresh look for its next 100 years of service to the people of Tampa.
